An exciting new Landhaven project is taking shape in the popular North Somerset village of Backwell.
Our vision is to replace a single dated property with three thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient family homes that make better use of an already developed site while respecting the character of the surrounding neighbourhood.

Backwell is one of North Somerset's most sought-after villages.
It offers the perfect balance of countryside living and excellent connectivity. With its own railway station, highly regarded schools, local amenities and easy access to Bristol, it is an ideal location for thoughtfully designed family homes.

About the Project
Landhaven specialises in identifying opportunities where existing land or property can be thoughtfully reimagined to create exceptional new homes.
This latest project centres on an existing house that no longer meets modern expectations. Rather than extensive refurbishment (for just one home), our vision is to replace the existing house with three contemporary detached homes designed for modern family living, combining high-quality architecture with sustainable construction and carefully considered landscaping.
By making more effective use of land that is already in residential use, the project has the potential to comfortably provide more much-needed family homes while respecting the character of the surrounding neighbourhood.
Although the scheme is still at an early stage, it reflects the same principles that underpin every Landhaven development: thoughtful design, long-term quality and homes built to last.
