Co-Haven’s latest project is finished and the housemates have moved in. Station Road, Shirehampton, is luxury co-living accommodation, purposely designed to suit working professionals looking for a house-share.

Once a 1930s semi-detached house, Landhaven applied the Co-Haven magic and fresh approach to shared living to design a modern, beautifully styled communal home. Building work began in February 2022, and despite the challenges of the COVID era, construction was completed in December. A single dwelling now provides high-end, luxury living for six adults wanting to enjoy life in Bristol.
The style and high-quality finish of Station Road embody Co-Haven’s next-generation approach to shared living and the belief that everyone should be able to live well, even those renting. Co-Haven is part of the Landhaven group, co-founded in 2015 by Andrew Minto, an award-winning designer and developer, and experienced building inspector with a passion for designing and building better homes.
Andrew says, “With demand for rental homes in Bristol amongst the highest in the UK, we spotted an opportunity to create something unique for renters; spaces that not only improved the co-living experience but also had a minimal environmental impact.”
The property has six private, furnished bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a modern, open-plan kitchen, dining, and social space. Patio doors lead to a large garden. The living space boasts a unique mural as a backdrop to the British contemporary, urban style décor, and the upstairs hallways are dressed in elegant wallpaper.
