Landhaven Featured in ‘Resident’ Magazine

Landhaven Homes – and Director Andrew Minto – have been featured in a full-page editorial for the ‘Clevedon & Portishead Resident’ magazine (March 2020).

The article covers Andrew Minto’s journey from Building Inspector to setting up Landhaven Homes. There’s more about Landhaven’s recently completed development in Portishead; and their philosophy to build bespoke, beautiful, high-quality homes.

With their latest project complete (and award-winning), there is now a drive to find future development sites. These include: garden plots (around existing homes), brownfield sites (where existing buildings or land can be re-used or rebuilt) or new sites that have not been developed before.

Landhaven also have expertise in overcoming Planning problems (e.g. refused permission) or physical problems (e.g. contamination).

The article finishes with an explanation that Landhaven will fund all the work and cost involved in exploring development of land or property that people want to sell – making the process stress free – and paying sellers the best price possible for their land!
