Landhaven Developments Limited and Landhaven Invest Limited, along with their respective group, associate and connected companies (together Landhaven), raises loan and equity capital from qualifying investors for selected projects. Investment is limited to qualifying classes of investor meeting the criteria outlined below, and therefore exempt from financial promotions restrictions. Any investment can only be made following the issuing of an Information Memorandum and other material for a specific opportunity (the Investment Information) and the investor confirming they meet the exemption criteria, and providing evidence where required.
