For regulatory reasons, our opportunities are typically suitable for High Net Worth and/or Sophisticated Investors.

Why We Use an Investor Portal

For regulatory reasons, we are not permitted to publicly promote our investment opportunities. We can, however, offer our property development investment opportunities to certain exempt groups. These groups include High Net Worth individuals and Sophisticated Investors. Using an online system allows us to ensure we offer our investments only to eligible investors.

Our secure Investor Portal also enables us – and our investors – to manage investments professionally.
