With full planning consent and building regulations approved, this project is ready to begin construction. Located within South Gloucestershire’s scenic Green Belt, the development combines sustainable design, strong local demand, and excellent transport links to Bristol and the M4/M5 corridor- offering investors a well-structured, design-led property opportunity with attractive end-term returns.

DEVELOPMENT OVERVIEW

Location

Alveston is a thriving semi-rural village, with local shops, a popular primary school and a traditional village green. The nearby town of Thornbury is a 5-minute drive, offering a range of shops, services and amenities. The M4-M5 interchange at Bristol is only a 10-minute drive away, and the Mall at Cribbs Causeway is 15-minutes away.

History

The site has been unused scrub over very rocky ground on the edge of a former stone quarry, and appears to never have been developed.

For several years, Landhaven have worked closely with the family who owned it to gradually gain planning consent and connect services.

The Future

The plan is to complete the construction within 12-months and sell the properties on the open market over 6-months, giving a development period of approximately 18-months.

Project status

Landhaven owns the land and has completed the necessary preparations enabling construction to commence.

A contractor has been selected and is waiting to start work.

The funding requirements are the final elements left to be resolved before works can commence.

Welcome to Landhaven and to this opportunity to join our community as we deliver excellent new homes, both for now and for future generations.

ANDREW MINTO
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

With a love of buildings and a passion for designing and building better homes, Andrew founded Landhaven in 2015.

Capitalising on the success of his award-winning architecture practice and experience as a Building Inspector at North Somerset Council for eight years, Andrew was determined to shift the perceptions of developers with a new, considered, approach to creating design-led homes built well for a lifetime and beyond. He knew the only way to do this was if he had complete control of the design and build process, so Landhaven was born.

Andrew’s unique experience and insight ensures he can manage everything from start to finish. From first concepts and applying for planning permission through to funding and construction, and eventual sale or rental, he manages the whole process to ensure the project completes successfully. Moreover, he’s always trying to foresee potential problems and design better solutions to avoid costly mistakes or compliance issues further down the line.
