Located in the South West, we seek development opportunities in Bristol to create design-led homes for shared living. We work with private clients looking to invest in a co-living property and HMO landlords looking to retire or sell their rental portfolios.
Co-Haven is part of the Landhaven group, founded in 2015 by Andrew Minto, an award winning designer and experienced Building Inspector with a passion for designing and building better homes.
