Seller Stories

The land owned by the O’Dea family at the proposed new development, Court Farm Mews, in Westbury-on-Trym, has previously been used for private garages and a commercial unit, but it is now under-used, deteriorating and in urgent need of redevelopment.
When the Edwards family made contact with us about a potential development site in Portishead we worked with them to not only deliver financial security but to honour their parents wishes and the history of the land they’d cared for since the 1960s.
With perseverance and a healthy dose of creativity, we turned derelict scrubland in Alveston on the South Gloucestershire GreenBelt into a valuable asset generating a regular monthly income for our client and creating an exciting project for us.
