Alveston Eco Bungalows November Update | Interior Progress & Video Walkthrough

This month, we’re sharing a new on-site video update from Andrew Minto, filmed at our Alveston eco bungalow development. In this walkthrough, Andrew highlights the latest progress across both plots as the interiors move deeper into the fit-out phase and key finishes begin to arrive.

For anyone new to the project, Alveston’s journey began with a meaningful collaboration with the Gardner family, who entrusted us with land that carried both emotional significance and complex planning challenges. Their story – and how we helped unlock long-term value for them – can be read here: How Landhaven Helped the Gardner Family Unlock Land Value

What’s Covered in Andrew’s November Update

November has been a month where the focus shifted firmly to interior progress. In the video, Andrew walks through the key developments, including:

  • Plastering moving steadily across both homes, bringing definition to the layouts and vaulted living spaces.
  • Delivery of the bespoke kitchens, now on site and ready for installation inthe coming weeks.
  • Arrival of premium bathroom tiles, marking the start of high-end bathroom fit-out works.

These milestones represent the stage of the build where the homes’ final character becomes much more apparent. Read the full eco bungalows development story on our project page.

How the Project Has Evolved

This month’s progress builds on a steady year of development:

  • Spring established the structural foundations and form of both homes.
  • Summer introduced roofing, internal partitions, first-fix works and the installation of photovoltaic solar panels, signalling a major step in the project’s low-energy design.
  • Autumn brought plasterboard, insulation, sprinkler systems, early plastering and the installation of underfloor heating, moving the build firmly into the core stages of interior preparation.

November now adds the first signs of the completed aesthetic -and the video offers a clear view of that transformation
